Complexity in the Dynamics of Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Intersectoral Contexts

Resumen

The article aims to present the design of a strategic training program in entrepreneurship and technological innovation within an intersectoral context involving business organizations and university institutions. The methodological component is based on the conception of planning and management strategies for local development, contextualized in the relational interface between the productive sector, represented by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and a postgraduate program at a public Venezuelan university. As a result, a training program is structured that integrates a diagnosis of local potential, the formulation of development objectives, and the design of strategies aimed at fostering processes of entrepreneurship and technological innovation. Among the main conclusions, it is highlighted that strengthening actions aimed at the personal and professional growth of social actors is relevant. This contributes to individual and collective well-being and satisfaction, as well as to the overall development of localities and regions.
