Resumen
The project seeks to design and establish the construction of basic single-family housing, in its search it makes a comparison of a construction system with prefabricated elements of reinforced concrete and with a construction system of confined masonry. The houses must serve populations in need of housing in emergency and post-emergency situations. It is carried out based on the design analysis of two types of dwellings with VUF 04 codes of 42.21m2 and VUF 06 of 59.85 m2. It is based on the same architecture and the structural analysis is carried out resistant earthquake, according to the Peruvian standard. The architecture, structure and other plans are defined, then establish the construction processes and perform the analysis of unit costs and budgets. The time and costs of production, manufacturing and assembly of a construction system with prefabricated elements is reduced compared to a confined masonry construction system. The period of production and construction of a prefabricated house is short and can be attended in any situation of need for housing and also in emergency and post-emergency situations..
