CLOUD COMPUTING AND VIRTUAL EDUCATION SERVICE FOR TEACHERS OF THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AT THE PRIVATE UNIVERSITY OF TACNA

Resumen

For universities, it is important to raise the academic level of students, the quality of service, tools and platform. The objective of the present investigation is to determine the relationship between Cloud Computing, the improvement of functionality and quality of the virtual education service used by teachers of the Faculty of Engineering from the Private University of Tacna For this, a study was defined with the support of documentary review and a field work for which two2 polychotomous instruments were designed, which were subjected to reliability tests α = 0.78 and α = 0.81 and validation. As a result, it was obtained through the study of descriptive and inferential statistics (with the Spearman Coefficient, r= 0.713), a close relationship between Cloud Computing and the improvement of functionality and quality of virtual education service. Therefore, it is concluded that it is necessary to maintain this close relationship through a proposal for actions of improvement in the short, medium and long term. Based on this, it is recommended implementation of the proposal framed in the Deming cycle.
