Resumen
This systematic review analyzed the evidence on civil–military logistical coordination in disaster management in Peru. Studies published between 2020 and 2025 were searched in Scopus, Web of Science, and SciELO, including peer-reviewed articles addressing coordination, logistics, or disaster response in Peru or comparable contexts. Two reviewers independently assessed the records, applying AMSTAR 2 and ROBINS-I to evaluate risk of bias and GRADE to assess the certainty of the evidence. Of 144 records, 30 met the eligibility criteria. The thematic synthesis identified five key components: joint command centers, technological interoperability, operational flexibility, joint training, and collaborative governance. The evidence, mostly observational, was heterogeneous and did not formally assess reporting bias. It is recommended to strengthen SINAGERD through interoperable platforms, common protocols, inter-institutional simulations, and a national doctrine that balances military leadership with enhanced civilian capacities.
