Resumen
This research contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of decent work and economic growth and aims to determine the relationship between change management and job performance. It is an applied research study with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental cross-sectional design, a correlational level, and a hypothetico-deductive method. The total population consisted of 60 employees from textile companies. The descriptive results for each grouped variable and the general and specific hypothesis tests provide evidence that allows us to conclude that a relationship exists between change management and job performance.. © LEIRD 2025.All rights reserved.
