Resumen
This article focuses on the challenges of exponential development in Latin America from the perspective of an educational model oriented towards a sustainable and socially responsible future. Through a detailed investigation that compiles various bibliographic sources and relevant documents, common patterns are identified among different authors. The objective is to integrate the Exponential Education Model with care for the environment and promoting sustainability and social responsibility in education by addressing the challenges in its implementation, identifying obstacles, and proposing solutions and strategies. In addition, the role of connectivism is identified as an outstanding tool to promote collaborative and environmental learning through the use of artificial intelligence. The crucial importance of basic sciences in environmental research is highlighted through concrete examples that demonstrate their contribution to sustainable development. In this context, a holistic vision is offered that emphasizes the potential of the discussed education model to shape responsible and committed citizens. Optimal practices are suggested to maximize its positive impact, promoting a more collaborative and effective education in search of an equitable and responsible society. We explore the influence which exponential development can have in the Latin American region, with a particular focus on the education model as a catalyst for a sustainable future with social responsibility. In this look towards what lies ahead, we propose to address the synergy between exponential development, basic sciences, and connectivism, with a firm commitment to the care of the environment. Null.
