Resumen

Objective: Explore the relationship between physical activity practice (FAP) and sustainable lifestyles (SLS) of 14-year-old Iberoamerican adults. Methods: A multi-center descriptive study was carried out with 6.130 participants from 14 Ibero- American countries. We applied a question of 36 questions, created and validated by the present study, which was evaluated by the FAP and SLS. Results: Subjects with FAP had a higher SLS score (β: 4.7, 95% CI: 3.8;5.6) than sedentary subjects. However, in comparison with people with low sedentary mortality, people with low sedentary mortality (β: -3.2, 95% CI: -4.6; -1.7), and high (β: - 5.0, 95% CI: -6.4; -3.6), have a lower SLS rating. Discussion: There is a positive and significant relationship between FAP and SLS. Future studies are necessary to deepen the mechanisms that establish physical activity with sustainability, as well as explore practical interventions to integrate these areas. Conclusion: Conclusion: Our results confirm that there is a positive relationship between physical activity and sustainable lifestyles, so we hope that the results of our study will provide compelling evidence to encourage physical activity as a strategy for promoting sustainable lifestyles beyond its physiological health benefits. © (2026), (Didactic Asociation Andalucia).
