Resumen

The objective of the research was to dynamize decision-making in the management of graduates from a Peruvian state university. The research was applied with a pre-experimental type of experimental research design. The Kimball methodology was used in its implementation, utilizing Pentaho CE 9.2 software, fed with transactional data stored in the PostgreSQL V12 database management system. The statistical software R in the RStudio environment was used for statistical tests. The normality of the data was tested using Kolmogorov-Smirnov-Lilliefors tests, and the Z-test for the difference of means with a 95% confidence level was used to test the hypotheses. The research succeeded in reducing the report generation times by 671.62 seconds (92.03%) and the time spent searching for specific information by 160.63 seconds (89.73%). Additionally, it reduced report generation costs by 91.91% and increased user satisfaction levels by 35.80%. The results obtained demonstrated the proposed objective.
