Resumen

The objective of this work was to propose a business architecture model designed specifically for the company "Viajes Reales SAC," a company dedicated to the tourism industry. It is dedicated to offering a personalized intermediation and advisory service, providing the necessary information of quotes, domestic and international flights. In addition, it is in the center of Miraflores in the department of Lima, which has the only headquarters for in-person care. Using the TOGAF methodology (The Open Group Architecture Framework), a general analysis of the company was applied for its subsequent improvement, allowing the structure of the company to be defined, and its processes, strategies, and organization to be aligned with IT. That is why, in the first chapter, the problematic reality of the company, formulation of the problem, general and specific objectives are described. In the second chapter, the general data is presented, as well as the development of the Preliminary Architecture, data modeling and IT infrastructure, in which the combination of the TOGAF framework for the ADM cycle method and Archimate Language was used with the purpose to create the Business Architecture Diagram segmented by strategies, business, applications, and technology. An economic viability analysis is also projected for its subsequent implementation.
