Manuel Ernesto C.-R.; Denis Christian O.-P. · Proceedings of the LACCEI international Multi-conference for Engineering, Education and Technology (2021) · DOI: 10.18687/laccei2021.1.1.104

Resumen

In these modern times almost everyone has a digital device that allows them to always be connected; consequently, interconnection needs have been increasing over the years. In addition, given the circumstances that devastated the world in the year 2020, these needs are rectified, and they are expanding even to the narrowest places of each country in the world, this makes the telecommunications sector face new challenges to meet this emerging demand. Considering the whole situation, the telemarketers and the population not only need much more infrastructure and more urgently, but also an adequate and stable infrastructure. Therefore, this work will seek to design an internal control plan with the support of technologies and agile methodological frameworks such as TOGAF for the improvement of the internal architecture of a telecommunications infrastructure company, and this will allow rectify the control, from the beginning of the processes of construction projects until the launch of a tower or pole to be used by the teleoperator, focused on maintaining the synergies of all the parties involved, in order to maintain a comprehensive and realistic vision of the business and implement future strategies of expansion based on it.
