Resumen
Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare and highly aggressive hematologic malignancy. Diagnosis is established through flow cytometry and/or histopathological analysis. There is no consensus on a standard chemotherapy regimen, and allogeneic stem cell transplantation is recommended for patients who achieve remission. We present three cases of BPDCN with different clinical outcomes and treatment regimens. One of the patients remains in remission.
