Resumen
Research on human beings is a highly controversial subject, a space for reflection for philosophy, particularly for bioethics, which as part of applied ethics considers the value of human actions in the midst of global society. This discipline was consolidated in the seventies of the twentieth century, as a critique of the conduct of life, where it is recognized that human acts have an impact on catastrophic events experienced on the planet. For this reason, it is defined as an expanded study of life, from its human, environmental, clinical, and pharmacological meanings, serving as a link between the rigorous knowledge of science and various humanistic positions. In the field of research on humans, you did not set the guidelines and regulations that should govern experimentation, actively participating as a voice for those who cannot freely exercise their rights nor have limitations when defining their options. This gives considerable importance to the Bioethics Committees, bodies responsible for ensuring the integrity of life, whether human, animal or plant. Although it is true, the experimentation and development of drugs is not something new in human history, in the 21st century, with the appearance of the pandemic, the debate on life, death, human experimentation, law has been resized. to die, to live with dignity, in addition to other approaches that merit discussion, especially from the broad dimensions of philosophy.
