Resumen
This research seeks to analyze the political dynamics of young students at the University of San Marcos between 1923 and 1928 in Peru. At first, we examine the crisis of the Peruvian Student Federation (FEP) due to repression and divisiveness. Then, we explain the consolidation of civilism and university rights in the cloisters during 1927. Finally, we identify the responses of the students to the imposition of the University Statute of 1928.
