Resumen
Artificial intelligence has transformed teaching and learning, especially in the university context, where its integration presents both opportunities and challenges. Therefore, the objective of this study was to analyze teaching and learning in higher education through the use of artificial intelligence. To achieve this, a systematic review was conducted, using the PRISMA protocol. Thirty-five articles, selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, were analyzed. The results show that teachers and students recognize the educational potential of artificial intelligence, evidenced by its effectiveness in developing diverse skills, thus improving the quality of education. However, concerns remain regarding the ethical challenges involved in its use. Finally, a discussion was held on the points of convergence among the various studies, leading to the conclusion that the use of artificial intelligence in higher education has significant benefits for teaching and learning; however, it is important to consider its ethical implications. © Licencia de Creative Commons Atribución 4.0 Internacional (CC BY 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es
