Resumen
This study explores intercultural learning in pluricultural contexts through the experience of students at the National Intercultural University of the Amazon in Peru. Cultural and linguistic diversity is recognized as both a challenge and an opportunity for inclusive education, linked to principles of justice, equity, and relevance. The research, conducted with 14 students, employed the Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (FsQCA) method, an extension of Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) that allows for degrees of membership rather than binary categories. This approach is particularly suitable for small samples and serves as an intermediate alternative between quantitative statistical analysis and qualitative inquiry. By applying FsQCA, the study identifies causal configurations that contribute to quality education in multicultural and multilingual contexts, offering a nuanced understanding of how diverse cultural and social factors shape intercultural learning.
