Resumen

This qualitative phenomenological-hermeneutic study interprets the narrative discourses of students about their experiences in virtual environments with respect to the feedback process linked to the socioformative model assumed by their university. It is a retrospective study that focuses on the first two years of the COVID-19 pandemic and the information was obtained through documentary analysis and focus groups that allow, from the voices of the students, to give contributions that support the pedagogical action of teachers in different training modalities that after the COVID 19 pandemic will be present in the training process worldwide. © GKA Ediciones, authors.
