Resumen

This article deals with the main legal issues raised by the offence of the fraudulent administration. To do this, there is, in the first place, an exposition of the various models of regulation of this offence. In the next place, legal issues that the crime of fraudulent administration generally poses are presented and the reader is offered proposals for solutions. Finally, several cases are analyzed briefly in which it is especially discussed whether they constitute an offence of fraudulent administration.
