Application of an intelligent virtual assistant for student support services in universities

Resumen

With the constant evolution of the digital landscape, artificial intelligences have become widely used tools.The fundamental purpose lies in understanding the perception of students regarding the current care service, while seeking to identify the potential contribution of each article within the research framework.The method used in the systematic review is supported by the implementation of the PRISMA methodology, revealing a total of 19 scientific articles and one systematic review.The results indicate that the introduction of virtual assistants supported by artificial intelligence boosts efficiency, performance and overall user satisfaction in contrast to conventional services.The conclusion is that the integration of this technology can enhance educational service excellence and student satisfaction, although more research is needed in the future to evaluate its efficiency in various educational contexts.
