Resumen

Single-chain antibody fragments are recombinant products of great interest for immunodiagnostics and immunotherapy. A number of systems for the production of Single-chain antibody fragments have been described. Functional s Single-chain antibody fragments have been purified from mammalian cell supernatant cultures and are promising cancer therapy reagents.
