Resumen
This article seeks to identify the factors that influence followers' radical creativity in the context of military leadership through a cross-sectional quantitative study conducted at the Chorrillos Military School in Peru. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and necessary conditions analysis (NCA) were combined. The results show that transformational leadership does not directly influence radical creativity, although it indirectly affects it through commitment to the creative process, thereby confirming complete mediation. Furthermore, the leader's expectation of creativity did not show a significant moderating effect. The NCA indicates that commitment to the creative process is a necessary condition, whereas transformational leadership and the leader's expectations are required only at high or extreme levels. These results have practical implications for military training and the strengthening of environments that foster disruptive innovation.
