Analysis of improvement for administrative management through the use of ERP in companies in Lima

Resumen

In the following document, a systematic literature review (RSL) has been presented, which emphasizes collecting studies that verify the improvements that an ERP has in the administrative management of companies that are located in Lima.The purpose of this RSL is to investigate the current condition of administrative management, identify the types of methods that were applied in each article, evaluate the improvements that have been generated with the implementation, if it is feasible for companies and what processes have been improved.Given this, a qualitative and quantitative study has been carried out on 15 articles collected in the Scopus information repository, which were chosen by formulating acceptance and inclusion criteria appropriately to respond to our objectives.This process showed as a result the different benefits that can be achieved with the use of this technology and that it should be necessary to apply it in all types of business processes to improve efficiency.Finally, the implementation in the different sectors that can be used is highlighted and some recommendations that can be used for future research regarding administrative management, in addition to the investigation of technologies that would be complemented with ERPs in the future.
