Resumen

The research is based on aligning production planning to market needs and managing the resources of a food company, demand is stationary, has a variety of presentations, change of parts. Based on the aggregate planning methodology and supported by the JIT system, planning reduced its control variables in scheduling, reducing workforce assignments and greater availability of production lines that must work in each period. At a strategic level, it will help to position your products in national and international markets, increase the business briefcase, create new developments based on innovation or benchmarking, up to the operational approach that is the development and distribution of the requested products, supported by added planning, and continually pulling orders, transformation, and material requirements, integrating work teams and being sustainable over time.
