Resumen
The objective of the study was to analyze the influence of administrative quality on teacher satisfaction in educational institutions in southern Peru. The research was basic, explanatory in nature, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 270 Regular Basic Education teachers, to whom questionnaires validated through expert judgment and with adequate reliability were applied. The analysis was conducted using ordinal logistic regression. The results showed a statistically significant influence of administrative service quality on teacher satisfaction; likewise, the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, and empathy demonstrated an influence on satisfaction levels. It is concluded that strengthening administrative management, based on service consistency, timeliness of attention, and empathetic treatment, significantly influences teacher satisfaction in the public educational context.
