Ever S.-C.; Gamanie R.-C.; Flor P.-R.; Rafael R.-L. · Revista Venezolana de Gerencia (2025) · DOI: 10.52080/rvgluz.30.especial14.12

Resumen

Efficient administrative management refers to an executive sequence that involves the pragmatic planning and supervision of organizational procedures and results. The study was conducted to analyze how administrative management and human talent relate to sustainable development in the Amazonian municipal context in Peru. The study’s methodology was basic, providing correlational description analysis. A survey and two questionnaires were used to collect data to estimate the measures of the studied variables. We worked with a sample of users, using non-probability sampling, and the data were analyzed with SPSS, using Spearman’s Rho as the statistical program to evaluate relationships. The results show that administrative management is essential for the substantial processes that define personal talent in the development of daily tasks. It is concluded that the valuation of people’s talent is related to the determination of the processes and results of administrative management, which are available from organizations, becoming an engine for sustainable local development aligned with participatory internal policies.
