Resumen
In this paper a comparison is made of two perovskite cells (PVSK) with different components: one with a carbon electrode and the other with a metal electrode. In the case of perovskite cells with carbon electrodes, a division into 4 types of carbon has been considered: mesoscopic, embedded, flat and quasi-plane. The comparison has been made using the parameters: open circuit voltage, short circuit current, form factor and power conversation efficiency. Using carbon electrode, perovskite cells have managed to increase their efficiency to 16 % without void-carrying material, which is a good advance, however it is still far from the efficiency of metal electrode perovskite cells. Volumetric engineering and interface engineering criteria have been considered for the comparison process.
